I trained at the Cambridge Art School at Anglia Ruskin University I have since built a large portfolio working in various media but specialising in oils.

I am inspired by the epic drama of the natural landscape and the effect of changing light and weather. I am particularly drawn to the relationship between the sky and the earth, where the two meet and when, through mist, haze or cloud, the two elements merge. I travel the UK walking and mountain hiking gaining inspiration for my work. I also regularly receive commissions and I paint landscapes to order. My galleries are sorted by subject matter and as I travel the UK extensively I am constantly working in different locations should you wish to commission a painting of a particular place or view please contact me.

Inspired by propaganda and travel posters, these homages to the mountains of the UK are available in two sizes. Please browse my gallery for various options.

I hope to document as many mountains as I can in this medium so, in the mean time, if there is a particular mountain which you would like me to create in this style, please get in touch.

All prints and posters are printed to order and shipped to customers in sturdy packaging. They have been designed to fit into ready made frames, to avoid the expensive cost of bespoke framing.

My range of slateware was developed from my desire to create a range of useable art. It's popularity has flourished and I am always adding commissioned designs to my range. Each slate is hand painted and finished with a polyurethane varnish. All skylines can be painted with a variety of sky colours (examples of which can be seen throughout the website) Commissions of your favourite mountains or skylines are welcome. Please contact me for further details.
